One of Kris' best friends got married this weekend. They asked Kris to be the best man and Charis to be the flower girl. It had a peacock with a little mardi gras or costume theme.

It was really relaxed and laid back, so it took a while to get the wedding started. I am so lucky that I remember to bring bubbles for Charis to play with. She was so excited to be the flower girl and really wanted to see the bride. 
Kris and Charis walked down the aisle together. She did a great job! She threw lots of flowers and even got a laugh out of the crowd by throwing a few handfuls over her head. 
She really does know how to steal the spotlight. She was so cute!
When she was done, she came and sat next to Skot and me. She was great, paid attention and stayed quiet during the ceremony.

Right after the ceremony, we all got on bikes and did a bike parade. Kris pulled the bride and groom in a pedicab and I pulled Charis on a trailing bike. It was fun!
Party, music and dancing!
And of course cupcakes!
